- Motion: To approve the agenda for 9-8-16
- Vote: Motion carried

- Inductions were held officially marking the membership of the Bettendorf FBLA members with a formal induction ceremony
- FBLAopoly is an exciting opportunity the state FBLA provides local chapter with to enhance and improve involvement throughout the year. This year Bettendorf is focusing its events and programs around FBLAopoly to have an involved year.
- Creation of a Bettendorf FBLA brochure to attract prospective members
- Official editing and changes to the Bettendorf FBLA website.
- A plethora of information was given out to inform members of upcoming events and opportunities:
- Float Building
- Car Wash
- Donations for a Silent Auction Basket by FBLA
- Remind 101 code and utilizing FBLA Pridetime
- SFLC, NFLC, and Membership dues
- Community service opportunity at Gilda’s Club

- Information about the Homecoming Float that the chapter participated on was given (where, when, what to bring)
- SFLC room assignments were being considered and each member had the opportunity to match themselves with at maximum one other member to room with, so “buddies” wrote their names down on an index card and turned it in.
- Information was given about the following:
- Business tour at Coffee Hound to take place on September 29th and would involve a close look at a local business
- Gilda’s Club reminders about signups and participation
- Car Wash on Oct. 1st, from 11-2 and then a social following from 2-5
